Besides showing how much credit you have left, i find this app not useful at all. It always shows 0 minutes left and 0 MB of data left even when I actually do have minutes AND data. And I wish subscribing for bundles could be made less cumbersome. EDIT: Many years later and this app is still unbelievably bad. it keeps loading for some weird reason if you make the mistake of minimizing it to check something else. you guys need to do better with this app. Etisalat's app puts yours to shame.

Worst services and customer support. App always hanging out. Funniest thing you can't do cancelation of services online or their service centers, only by call center and only on same day of the contract ends . And worst is 30 min you have to connect on phone , and every time call agent says different things and ask to call again later. Terrible!!!

Poor experience with the du app I faced significant issues with du's service through the app regarding my line. The full mobile amount was charged despite having an installment contract, and after a lengthy follow-up, the line was eventually canceled. The app was not helpful in resolving the issue quickly, and the response was slow and ineffective. I hope the service improves and the procedures become easier in the future.
