The app forces an update. The update has you logged out. And the login process is broken. Does not accept OTP no matter how many attempts, and even if cache and data are cleared. Result: no usable app. Thank you, du, especially since this is my first day of many traveling out of UAE.

Customers service doesn't help much (i think not at all) and asking for high ratings by the end of the call without even solving the issue. They changed my postpaid plan without me knowing. and later i asked to return my plan which i did request many times. But they can't due to the plan im using for years(6) is only limited offer. but instead they offered me with the same fees but rubbish benefits. The worst part is that when you call they'll tell you to visit their shop and vice versa.

This app randomly gets into a state where it cannot load. It happens every few months on my device. And every time path to resolution is quite unclear - some combination of phone reset, app data reset and app reinstall. This is the only app on my phone that requires such regular treatment. Would not expect that from a major telecom provider.
