The idea behind the app is great, but it’s hard to use. Searching for locations to check BonApp partnerships is difficult, and you can’t favorite a place directly — you have to add each offer one by one. The design feels cluttered, and the black-and-green colors are harsh on the eyes. I liked the old version better; it was simpler and easier to navigate.

Hi, Roxana! If you were familiar with the old app, try using the Search page and the largest map radius - it’s the same experience. Only vendors in the Pick & Mix category can be added to Favorites, because they change products often, the rest post the same offers always. Also, you can switch to Light Mode in Settings if you prefer that look. ☺️

App is misleading. Doesn't have an internal review system. Trashy restaurants are marketed as legit ones.

Useful app, great initiative. I mainly use it to try out fancy food at a decent price and reduce waste. I bookmarked places nearby I am interested in and it also helps a lot that I see the schedule of each place so I can assess if I can make it there in time. The only suggestion I have is for "surprise packs" to mention if the content is vegan/vegetarian or not. Some stores really keep it 100% a secret (Starbucks) and you might end up with a chicken salad.

Bună, Alex! Comercianții au la dispoziție eticheta ”Vegetarian” sau opțiunea semnalizării în titlu cu emoticonul ”🌱” în cazul celor vegane. Produsele vegetariene/vegane sunt întotdeauna marcate special, dacă nu este nimic menționat în acest sens, produsele NU sunt vegetariene/vegane. Din păcate, ponderea lor este mai mică în prezent.
