About this app

Use the MyUCSDHealth app to manage your health information and communicate with your doctor on your mobile devices.

With the MyUCSDHealth app you can:
· Review test results, medications, immunization history, and more
· Stay in touch with your physician
· Manage your appointments
· View and pay your bill
· Access your family’s health information

You must first create an account by accessing the MyUCSDChart website at myucsdchart.ucsd.edu and requesting an activation code.

Ratings and reviews

I use this app nearly everyday and find it to be easy to use and extremely helpful. I mostly love it. Occasionally there are difficulties with video that seem to be happening with 1 or 2 doctors. I hear myself echoing in background and can't focus on what I'm saying or hear doctor's response. A second issue is with messaging. They time out and delete when idle. Also delete when I get a phone call and/or switch screens. Need more space for lengthy messages and longer allowable idle time.

The app is very easy to use. I can verify my appointments and do recheck in, which saves time at the doctor. All test results can be easily found on the app. I love it. Having access to ALL my records is such a plus!

Pretty wonderful app! Easy to navigate. Only downside is you cannot message ALL providers, no specialists, just primaries. Otherwise very comprehensive and super easy to use. Video appts even.
