Terrible experience. Poor customer service with no real support, and the “field research” doesn’t actually happen. Feels like you have to pay extra just to get basic service. Total waste of time.

Worst app l request for a limit and they tell me that customer service will reach me to confirm the app waiting 1 week and didn't receive any answer till now

There is no option to delete your data. Once you register, you are stuck. This is truly one of the worst applications when it comes to settlements, and for such a small amount, you can’t expect to buy anything. To increase your limit, you have to go through a frustrating process and i still didn't get it I remember a while ago, Halan increased my limit without me requesting it or even informing them. It’s really a waste of time, and I wish Android would remove this app
