Dear Support Team, The EGO Driver application has not been working since yesterday. Currently, I am unable to access the application, including the login page. There is no customer services. No response to drivers. No withdrawals. So many promotional rides free of cost. No pick and drop off location mentioned. Basic fare is very low. If drive to the customer and he cancels the request driver is the only one who bears whole expanses. Atleast mention the promotional categories or allow the driver to withdraw his money anytime he wants.

Dear Ego Team, I’d like to suggest an improvement for your app. In Uber, when I travel home from work (around 40km my Distance), I can select a “route for home/work” option. This allows me to get matched with passengers traveling in the same direction or nearby. It would be great if Ego could introduce a similar feature, making rides more efficient for both drivers and passengers. Thank you!
