Users be ware!!! I picked up and ATTEMPTED to drop my scooter off in the exact same spot. After the app refused to end my ride and I made four phone calls and several texts later the issue was finally resolved. The person who messaged me on the app was very kind although not helpful at all. Don't think that you're about to have fun, this caused me nothing but turmoil. And wasted money. Would never use again.

Not very impressed on the billing of this activity. I really feel you can notify when your time or credit runs out. To give an option of continue ride or return and end ride. As this is not done it is unnecessary unplanned billing. Wont do it again.

Awful service. Don't load any credit with this company. They take your money and then there is no response. Over 24hrs after requesting help and still nothing.
