The user of the application can purchase an electronic ticket for railways, the ticket can be read electronically by the electronic gates and presented for validation by the controller.

To use the application, the user should:

Install the application on your mobile device;
Perform the necessary actions to register in the application (use of the application by unregistered users is not allowed).
Payment for a transport ticket is made using electronic means of payment (payment cards) and other legal methods of online payment. Payment is made in compliance with the requirements of the PCI DSS standard.

Ratings and reviews

Very bad application , it gives you only access to the worst tickets on the train, like seats next to doors and cafeteria smokers area, so there is no any advantage to use the App. You can not choose the seats' locations.

Very strange not to find any available seats - 1st. or 2nd. classes - on middle-week-days reservation, and the application doesn't has the new Talgo Spanish train, that will start working today from Cairo to Alexandria Update: Please add the retired people discount to your purchase screen, so they can book seats and pay online after getting this discount! Update: Payment not working!!! Train 1903 ( Aswan/Cairo ) have to be Spanish train as before!

It used to be a great app, but since it got updated, I can't log in at all, even when I tried to reset my password, they didn't send me any mail, although I put my ID number correct and the email address. I also contacted them via whatssap messages and they sent me a link of a YouTube video to show how to reset password. The problem is not in how we do it, it's about the lack of response. I hope they'll do something!!!
