On the past two occasions in Alicante and Almeria airport the barriers would not open to let me out. I have vehicle plate recognition and card payment activated. A really big inconvenience and delay, last night for 20 minutes at Almeria. Why! This app has gone from 5 to 2 stars. Update, AENA have responded and I am satisfied with the response, the issue at Almeria airport was partly my fault, as numberplate recognition payment is not available there.

Worst app and service ever. I bought fast lane and spent more than an hour trying to add QR code to the app, while this service was bought through the same app. I don't understand why this is not working and you need to open your email to click on button to connect back to app and see error that purchase is not matching. Phone service in English not working as well, it's just keeps repeating options but nothing works if you choose number or say it. My Trips, section is not listing my purchase.

App no longer working on android (Samsung galaxy S22). Worked fine before and I use it frequently for my parking when I travel for work. Tried to book parking and it wouldn't open the booking system, so reinstalled the app and now it crashes on loading. Hoping this can be fixed soon and I will amend my review.
