I made an order here because they were the only ones that had everything I was looking for in stock. In the first week they canceled perfume and refunded me, in a second week they canceled another item, so now I'm down to 2 items but I can't see anything because it says the order is closed so will I get the other items? It's a mystery. With them not keeping stock updated I now missed on the deals of black friday from other places. I won't be using their online shopping any more. Can't trust it.

I have been a customer of many cosmetics brands and apps all over Europe and have never been so disappointed. Ordered a package on 25th of Feb. They didn't send it until I complained on 5th of March (so much for their 48 to 72 hours for shipment). They canceled 3 items at the starts. If you are out of stock, shouldn't someone keep track of that on your app? Addionaly, my package was broken and now needs to be returned.I could fogive that IF ANYONE EVER REPLIED TO MY EMAILS. 0 COMMUNICATION!

honestly I really don't recommend, most of the packages I've received lately come opened missing the free samples they usually bring and I'm talking packages of 100€ and up and most importantly sometimes missing small stuff I ordered, I leave a complaint throught the app many times no answers no one ever budges, they let you order products then cancel them they, let you cancel your order through tje app and still proceed to ship it and send it and you can't get a refund
