With the Virgin telco app you can access all the information you need to track your products and your consumption. Check the gigabytes you have available, the different mobile phone rates, you can see and download your bills or control your Wi-Fi from your mobile.

Check your consumption of mobile data and calls, as well as your contracted rate. Take control of your Wi-Fi much more easily, turning it on or off from your mobile phone, in addition, you can see who is connected to your Wi-Fi!

From the Virgin telco app, access the record of calls made from your mobile phone, as well as the consumption of your balance. In addition, you can divert calls to a different device, make calls to three to talk simultaneously with two different phone lines or activate the notification of missed calls, which is done by SMS.

You have the possibility to enable or disable your mobile data from the Virgin telco app itself, in order to control your consumption, in addition to checking in which countries you can navigate like at home. If you have access to a Wi-Fi network, disable your data and reduce your consumption.


If you are going to travel abroad, outside the European Union, do not forget to verify that you have roaming or roaming activated. You can choose between activating only the call option, or if you also want to have access to the internet, you can activate both options from your mobile phone.


You will be able to prevent your consumption from skyrocketing thanks to the activation of this service, restricting your calls to telephone numbers that carry an additional cost. You choose which specific services we restrict. Avoid surprises on your bills.


Set up your customer account with Virgin telco. You will be able to edit the name of the device, delimit the blocks and restrictions, the different call options, or see your PUK code, in order to unblock your SIM card in case you have entered your PIN wrongly more than three times.

The app needs some work but the service from Virgin is great. I had an issue with cabling in the building. Where other providers only saw the problem and told me impossible, Virgin tech looked for a solution, came back the next day and solved it. I highly recommend and give them some slack with the app. I have almost 10 years experience working in management for Telco's servicedesks and would be happy to work for them.

It is unacceptable that the Virgin Group allows Euskatel to use the Virgin brand when they can even upheld its values. After four weeks of joining them, we are still waiting. At first, it was blunder of theirs, as the failed to enter house number is three-digit format. Now, they don't seem to have a local engineer in the province of Madrid. From what I can see, there is no mobile app for their TV service, either. Wholly shambolic! Not quite like Virgin Media in the UK.

People need to know what data they have left not what they have consumed. really unhelpful app and no English. Not worth downloading, tight with data too. No way of terminating the account. Totally useless.
