The FlyOne app and website are the absolute worst experience I have ever had. When I changed a flight I was required to pay extra fees but there was nowhere for me to do this. No link. Nothing. So I added extra services to reach the pay screen but the website and app both said my bank card was declined. Yet, I have many charges on my bank account because the app will only take 15 euros per transaction. And I still cannot check in. I hate this company. I only use it so my fiance can leave Russia

Because of the bug of either the app or its interaction with android, I'm about to lose €70 and the customer support remains silent for a few days

The stupid app changes the passenger name if you use google to auto-fill de credit card information! It's costing me half the ticket cost to fix this, even the booking is not even an hour old...
