The FlyOne app and website are the absolute worst experience I have ever had. When I changed a flight I was required to pay extra fees but there was nowhere for me to do this. No link. Nothing. So I added extra services to reach the pay screen but the website and app both said my bank card was declined. Yet, I have many charges on my bank account because the app will only take 15 euros per transaction. And I still cannot check in. I hate this company. I only use it so my fiance can leave Russia

The app works nicely, which is rather a miracle nowadays. However its pretty useless considering that electronic boarding pass is not a guarantee for successful boarding. Three modules are interesting: searcning a flight, checking-in and electronic boarding pass. Last two are useless. Also airline behing it has hectic fees for all sorts of basic services.

Very bad expirience. Flights were rescheduled. Notification was sent less than two hours before original departure eventhough web site showed the delay. The mobile app does not show any details what is going on. Check in was closed in the mobile application with no information why it is disabled. It then become clear why - they charged 150 euros for the checking in the airport. Be very carefull with this company. They are not trustworty and all this to overcharge you.
