About this app

-Liver processing-

Foreign substances, including medicines, are broken down by various enzymes and processed in the liver. The activity of these enzymes varies per person, which means that some people can suffer from complaints and side effects more quickly.

Genetic predisposition has a proven influence on enzyme activity. The Gamedi DNA test is used to map the enzyme activity of more than 40 important liver enzymes.

In addition, (medicinal) herbs, food and supplements can influence the enzyme activity. For each enzyme, clear tables are shown of substances that can inhibit or stimulate the activity of the relevant enzyme.

Note: Seek advice from a doctor in addition to using this app and before making any medical decisions.
