Ratings and reviews

Customer service is good. But icard it's not working properly with Xiomi yet in Bulgaria. I opened the account just to use my Xiomi watch as a payment method and after 2 unsuccessful attempts I quit. And they don't send SMS to Bulgaria to activate your cards on Xiomi pay. Good luck with the improvements. Not my cup of tea for now.

They changed the system to no longer accept the Cyrillic alphabet, in Bulgaria. This change was just like the bank: useless and frustrating. Support is no help and this is an issue they caused entirely on their own, for no reason at all.

too complex onbording, they require up to 3 documents and npt only documents but also bills and additional round of email communication. It's not enough for them providing bulgarian governmnent document.
