Took more than a month to get verified. Terrible customer service. After my account was approved I got surprised because SMSes doesn't come through for verification. Payment requests system doesn't work. Overall very bad experience. I would recommend to stay away from them and not waste your time and energy.

Im thinking about closing my account. Have a pending case, despite all requested documents provided account is still restricted for weeks. Cant access my money, help desk is useless, emails are not answered. Terrible customer service . Update. Thanks for the reply here. Would be nice to get a reply from your team after a week! Yes I went through the official channel and nothing is happening.

These guys cannot even get a new client, just embarassing. I have started the application process weeks ago, still pending. They require a lot of different documentation in several steps, keeping you waiting for days in between to review: why not asking everything at once? Now that apparently I have submitted all the documents, they are still reviewing and it is impossible getting in touch with them - congrats for your online chat where noboday replied to my messages for days. Waste of time
