I have this app to go with our Ariya. The experience so far having had it for around 2 months is pretty poor. The app is slow and when it opens you have to log back in again or on other occasions add your vehicle all over again as for some reason it has lost my car from the app. On the occasions it opens successfully, the app is glitchy, slow and lags a lot. on other occasions when our charger is plugged in a charging the app doesn't even recognise that the charger is plugged in and the charging

App works very well, but is a little sneaky to subscribe for what I'd consider essential usage with an EV app, like battery monitoring and charging status as you cannot keep eye on it when at motorway services, especially when you get idle charges if fully charged! Another criticism is that Tesla chargers do not show when looking for charging stations and are not considered during trips too. I have to rely on ABRP and manually set destinations during long travels. Would be great to include it.

I've had this app for around 2 years and always had issues logging into it! some weeks it works and some weeks it doesn't, I just get the Nissan logo hanging and it doesn't go any further?? it's a very basic app and handy to use but this is so frustrating. edit. it's actually working now and I do quite like the app tbh so great!
