Ratings and reviews

The new app is very frustrating to use. I do not understand why they had to change it. A problem which used to take a minute or two to fix on the old one, now takes alot more to fix. The help line is alot worse than it used to be. The app ui is horrible: cars remain on the map even though they have been booked by others. Takes forever to load at times. The help line wait times are very long. The changes they made are so unnecessary!

New application doesn't work at all. I had an account on the previous version of the app and it worked fine. But it stopped working on the new version. So I created a new account, but after any click on the buttons in the app the message "you have been logged out" appears. So it is impossible to use the app. Samsung galaxy s8

Reviewing the app alone, its a 5-star, a huge upgrade from the previous one: more responsive, faster and modern. What seems strange to me is the update policy, panek just sent an SMS to update without prior warning of a disruption in the service. I can imagine the frustration for people depending on panek at that moment...
