This WAS a spectacular app. The ride portion of the app still is. All the recent updates have messed up the interface. The people who do support are very responsive, but the developers are not. I used to open the app and could start my ride with one tap. Now it takes three. What they are trying to do could easily be handled in settings, but they have ignored me for months now. I encourage you to try it. I love the ride, but hate getting to it.

Keeps freezing and crashing in the middle of rides. Sometimes it even logs me out completely when it crashes. Very unstable. My operating system and app are both up to date with latest versions. The video is great and love the variety of routes available... but it's just not stable or reliable.

Edit: I emailed tech support as requested and problem solved. I don't care how, but it's working again! First of all, I love this platform. I love the variety of available routes and the realism of the experience. With all of that said, it's a little frustrating that the app logs me out in the middle of rides. There is no consistency to it either, sometimes it's an hour, today it was an hour and a half. It keeps giving me messages about firewalls and wifi and none of those things apply here.
