Paying for nothing - it's a cheap "add on" service with the mailbox. Can't make or receive texts, customer service does not get back to you, offers to give you a new phone number then their phone number to call them doesn't work. Then when you finally get connected, either their system is actually down or they pretend to disconnect from you. Not sure, maybe someone there owes a bill or maybe they're on their own system and can't make a call either. Been waiting a couple months now, refund pls.

I often have the same problems signing it that others have. When I click on "Forgot Password?" (so I can try resetting my password) it says "Feature Coming Soon". When I tried un-installing the app on my PC to reinstall it, I could not find the app! But when I went to Google Play to download the app, it would not let me because it says I have no devices left that do not have the app! Another annoying feature is when I click on "Remember Me" it never remembers my username.

App is glichy. Won't let me sign in. Customer service is slow to respond. They do send an email transcribing your calls. They also provide the numbers that call. I have not tried making a call. I don't have a microphone for my pc.
