My experience has been really bad. I am just a new user and I couldn't create an account. It's telling me that suspicious activity was detected and asking me to change my network and disable VPN, which I don't use at all. This should never happen. I haven't used this application before, and it looks like I'll never use it again.

It is not reliable, I got a confirmation but no one showed up and no one picked up my calls.
