Our Weather app provides weather information for almost all Finnish municipalities. If you enable location on your phone, the service will automatically show your location forecast for up to 10 days. Are you only interested in temperature or do you also want information about pressure, wind gusts or the UV index? Both weather forecasts and weather observations allow you to choose which weather data you want to see. You can also save your favorite locations in Finland and abroad on the app and browse them easily. The information is available as tables and graphs. The animations in the map section allow you to follow, for example, the movement of rainfall areas, and the rain forecast based on radar images shows the direction in which rainfall areas will move in the coming hours. The service displays current weather warnings at your chosen location and you can also easily check official weather warnings throughout Finland.

What's New
We have added a new map section and the possibility to display weather information that is important to you to our new revised weather app. Another new feature is the possibility to view weather forecasts and observations either as graphs or in tables. We have also renewed the visual identity and implementation technology, enabling the smooth use of the application on different terminal devices. Accessibility requirements of digital services have also been taken into account better than before.
