Good basic app, a teaser for buying one of their running watches. Pitty U already have an m400 wish that would give my phone the same training sessions as I have setup for the watch.
Need to logout/in to sync sessions. This issue still persists on my Galaxy S6, running Android 7.0 and Beat application 2.3.3 After every training session, I login to my Beat account on my computer and no update. So, on the phone I sign out and sign in again, and it starts syncing. It would be most useful if you could just add a manual sync button to the phone application which would save a a lot of time and effort. Otherwise it is fine.
As of 6/13/17 the update I installed today has still not fixed the pairing issue with my H7 and Droid Turbo 2. So sick of every workout not being tracked now. I guess it's time to move on to a product that works. I've written Customer Service 3 times with zero response.
In past few months app has issues connecting via Bluetooth to my HR sensor. HR sensor works flawlessly with my watch and gym equipment so it's either my phone (other Bluetooth devices work fine, though) or App itself.
I gave you a one star rating a few months ago because of pairing problems after you upgraded the app. I am not sure what you did to fix it, but mine (Andoid) is now working flawlessly again with the H7 monitor. Thanks for a wonderful app and thanks for fixing the bug.
Would be better if it integrated directly with MyFitnessPal, not having to go through Google Fit. Syncing is quite spotty, even to the Polar Flow site. This makes it more & more not usable. Why should I need to go to a service center for an app that is having problems? You put this on the play store to download, & it constantly fails. It is missing the basic functionally to manually sync... A basic feature. If you are going to put out an app, please be sure that it works across all platforms, or lose out to companies like Garmin. Very frustrating.
Tired of chest straps, but still want to follow your heart rate during your workouts? This update makes Polar A370’s OHR sensor mode available to all Polar Beat users who have a Polar A370. Mount your phone with Polar Beat on a bike, wear your Polar A370, and follow the live heart rate recordings without a chest strap.
