Ratings and reviews

Have to create an account to use some chargers (first big negative). When you create an account you cannot log in (second negative). The error message says to contact their "in app help" for assistance - which doesn't exist. Seems to be an error in the UI text. Overall I would say it isn't their fault that car chargers have collectively decided to be unusable unless you register for some stupid app, but if that is a baseline requirement then I would expect the app to at least be functional.

Just downloaded, first thing missing is ability to change language. Don't necessary want OS language in an app.

0/5, unable to see all chargers even by searching for their ID numbers. Cannot recommend. edit: it takes up to 3 days to see chargers you have rights to. it's a feature they said. 0/5

What’s new

Improved Station View & Clearer charger statuses — easily spot available chargers vs. plugged-in but not actively charging EVs. Fixed connector expand/collapse issues during ongoing charges.
