Have to create an account to use some chargers (first big negative). When you create an account you cannot log in (second negative). The error message says to contact their "in app help" for assistance - which doesn't exist. Seems to be an error in the UI text. Overall I would say it isn't their fault that car chargers have collectively decided to be unusable unless you register for some stupid app, but if that is a baseline requirement then I would expect the app to at least be functional.

Unreliable, slow, horrible. 1. Whenever I open the app once within couple weeks it says "sorry you have been logged out". 2. There's constantly an issue with the availability status, e.g. you connect the charging cable, everything is fine on the terminal, but in the app it says "charger unavailable". 3. Charging tags cost 10 EUR, when I literally hold the phone with NFC.
