I gave up...the app is TERRIBLE. kept freezing while trying to connect, now it doesnt work at all. Not worth the hassle to reach out to support....not that I could if I wanted to, because there is no option for help in the app. can't believe anyone gave this 5 stars Edit: now I have to contact my brokerage because this stupid app screwed things up. Also, please contact your brokerage before signing up. I learned ALOT when I called mine. Wish I had known, would have NEVER would have downloaded.

I would avoid Autopilot. Their advertising and pricing are very misleading. You can deposit your money before discovering that trading and managing your portfolio may require a subscription costing up to $200 per year, with additional fees potentially applying to other portfolios. The fact that these costs aren't made clear upfront is extremely deceptive. If I had known about the fees beforehand, I never would have deposited money.

So I've updated my opinion to 3 stars from 2. This time last year I gave them two stars because they tried to perform a trade that if my brokerage firm hadn't stopped would have caused me to break the law. I haven't had any more of those illegal issues. However, the beta with the connection to Fidelity, it's kind of annoying. They are constantly disconnecting for some unknown reason. And I'm always having to approve or fix a connection to my fidelity account even if there is no new trade pending
