The first coach consultation takes 15-20 days, after that doctor consultation takes more 15-20 days. one month is wasted like this only. There is no way to reach customer care, it's just a set of pre-written fixed answering chat bot. pathetic service, they take money and leave you helpless and trapped.

Poor and inconsistent App App quality is very poor. very inconsistent. if it's working right now, but not sure if it work after a minute 1. steps syncs sometimes and not always 2. while logging food the items selected today not sure will be available tomorrow 3. while consulting 5 minutes before consultation app crash and you cant join call 4. no app support available. I raised many of tickets long back but no response I think this app is done as a school project not developed by profession

The consultant from this app only try to sell there package and achieve Target, they hide many things for example my consultant said that you have to pay only 18000 for 4 months package , i confirmed ki medicine and all ka expense ,he said everything is covered in this package. then this app asks me to do some tests worth 3500 Rupees and when I contacted my consultant he said you have to pay this amount also , and when doctor prescribed me protein powder then he said you have to buy own.
