Absolutely no customer support! I had been a relatively happy customer for a couple of months and then discovered that the company has started charging me for two subscriptions to the same email address on the same account! I tried emailing the company multiple times and never got so much as even an automated response saying that my email was received. All attempts to have them resolve this matter have been unsuccessful. They have lost a customer here.

This kind of reminds me of Plug.dj from back in the day but bad. As far as I can see there's no way to adjust music audio so good luck trying to hear your friends over the music. EDIT: Thanks for the response devs. While you're here, I want to suggest finding some way to improve audio quality. Currently the quality of music is unlistenable so my friends and I use Spotify jams instead. I think your app would be more helpful/popular if you considered working on this.

I tried to unsubscribe to the the subscription and i got locked out. whenever I try to log in it acts like my account doesn't exist yet I keep getting charged for the subscription
