I don't have any issues with it looping/repeating tracks in my log, because I am simply unable to access my reports and charts. The load time is atrocious and it simply doesn't work. I haven't tried the website version of it, but given the issues others seem to be having I'm hesitant to do so. The only way I've found to get the app to load is to force stop it and then re-open the app from there. Trying to get any information while it's still playing is impossible.

It was a good app until about 3 months ago— When before it was able to record my listening habits accurately, it now randomly gets "stuck" on one particular song instead of updating to the next song I'm listening to, and records that stuck song repeatedly when I haven't actually been listening to it. Extremely frustrating, and I'm not sure if they're going to fix it.

Sometimes a good app, but can be glitchy. Sometimes instead of recording what you have been listening to, it will just pick a song you are listening to and say that you've listened to that one song over and over. The app never has updates either, making me believe they don't do much maintenance. They keep raising the price, but not the quality. I am considering no longer paying for this service since I end up having to go on Open Scrobbler to fix things constantly anyways.
