I love this app! I've just read old comments, and they did improve folks. Layout is easy to read. Breakdown by carbs, protein, and fat helps with constructing meals.Its easy to use, doesn't require so much time like apps, and what I used in the past. They included even snacks in my plan! User-friendly and easy to navigate. I also like the detailed recipes provided. The recipes are organized by either calorie count or cooking time. The recipes look great and there are a number of under 15 minute recipes to choose from.

For me, as I'm greatful for not having any food allergies or special diet requirements, I find these recipes pretty simple and delicious. I myself have made similar low carb recipes as is in this app. I don't necessarily need the app for the fitness end, but rather the recipes.
