Bought the lifetime version ($97.18 inc tax) and when I tried the first diagnosis got the message "Oops, something went wrong, try again". I did for two straight days and it never worked. I tried the chat to see if I could get help and guess what, yep the same error message, for the same two days. Update: my requested refund from Google Play was denied, they are making me go through my cc company. SHAME on you Google, passing the buck. You are supposed to vet these scam apps!!!

This app is terrible, it keeps crashing every time i want to add a plant and every diagnostic or plant identifier it just says oops something went wrong. Even with good wifi connections. No matter what i do. They said i must upgrade and i did. Now i unsubscribed before any fees are deducted because it still doesn't work. Lets see if the payment goes off in 3 days. If it does im hoing to lose it!!!

I'm sure it's a fine app thing is I'm not paying to see if it works, you can let me use if for free for a week without adding my card information and after the trial ask me to add it but I am not putting my information into a app that won't even let you experience it without your information. It says in app purchases, but really the app itself is what costs money. They should just make it so you need to pay to download honestly.
