Designed for separated parents who want to stay organized and stress-free, Copalio centralizes everything you need to manage your children's lives in two homes: custody schedules, shared expenses, encrypted messaging, notes, events, and appointments.
No more lost texts, unstable shared spreadsheets, or arguments over schedules or school lunches. A single space, accessible to both parents, updated in real time.
WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH COPALIO

Flexible custody schedule
Define cycles from 1 to 12 weeks to suit your rhythm. Every other week, alternating custody with shared Wednesdays, customized settings: anything is possible. Suggest a change, and the other parent approves with a click. Transparent Shared Expenses
Enter an expense, select the children involved, and adjust the split. The balance is calculated automatically. Track reimbursements and keep a complete history with receipts.
Encrypted Messaging
Communicate with the other parent in a dedicated space. Your messages are end-to-end encrypted: they remain strictly between you.
Events and Appointments
Centralize medical, school, sports, and birthday information. Sync with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook by child, by parent, or for the whole family.
Shared Notes
Medications, allergies, school contacts, Wi-Fi passwords, instructions: important information no longer gets lost between the two homes.
