Website only in french, switch to English not working. Session start not working. No alternative start options. App has English and did work. In the process 4 failed start attempts. 5x49€ reserved on my card. 3 still reserved a week later. No final price deducted and reservations released. Blocking 250€ for a 20 € session is not necessary. (I am responsible for payment for s different charging provider...)

Hello, the 50€ are a bank print which is fully refund if no charging session started. The refund can take up to 48 hours. The Driveco Team 🔋🚗
