really poor translation, although set to English, a lot is still in French, can't contact customer services. All emails are in French although I used the English site to sign up. Do not use, its more expensive than it claims as well. I strongly advise to avoid!

quite logical, easy to use.... pity ulys is often such a pain to set UK for UK users, because once done it offers a great service.

Outrageously bad service. They deactive the account with no notice (and ask for documents I have provided previously); I immediately provide them the documents "for security" but they fail to reactivate. The number to call does not pick up (I called maybe 50 times - every time they say - we are busy call back later). Worst service ever. SHOCKING to be honest!!!! We use French highways a lot, I guess they do not want us to use their electronic peage thingy?
