Ratings and reviews

Account set up process is simple enough. Most pages on the website are in French, although most browsers now allow translation. I stand to be corrected if I have missed it. It took the Ulys box 10 days to reach me. The good thing is that Vinci don't set up the DD / take money (€1) until the toll box arrived. So far so good. Rolling up to the first toll gantry was a squeezy bum moment. I shouldn't have worried. opened immediately. Rinsed and repeated in Italy, and Spain. Recommended for EU travel

The badge management is very problematic since there is no preemptive replacement of badges (even after ten years) so you set off on a thousand km journey to find you're paying for a service (monthly) that you can't use because your badge is broken! The badge management is THE weak point of the entire service and has not received enough attention by Ulys.

Excellent service, a small cost to save time and make for a smoother run through France. Invoices easy to find and read.@
