There seems to be an issue with the coding going in a loop in the opening screen. No point in downloading the app it's completely useless and only takes up space. Can't connect to the car,can't enter the app,can't use it. Doesn't seem like they're trying to fix it either. If I could give 0 stars I would. Dec 19 2022 Still does not work,and all you get is auto-generated responses from their customer service when you review it. THE ISSUE LIES AT YOUR SIDE RENAULT, TELL YOUR APP DEVS TO FIX IT.

I can't see where the car is, only where the phone is. There is no option to control the climate remotely, nor to set the charge or see what % the car is currently. No options at all!!! Very disappointing!!! I hope you fix the problem soon because it's pointless to use it like this. The car is Renault megane e-tech. Try to delete and reinstall - can't open the app at all! Only 2 dots moving like loading something forever!

I can not believe that a company like Renault is not capable of making such a simple app work properly. Climate control and charge management never work. You have to try 10 - 15 times and still can't be sure. The only thing that kinda works is checking the status of the battery, but only once every 15 - 30 minutes. I love my car, but this up is a disaster. Also, renewing your connected services is ridiculously complicated and counterintuitive. SSD card, reinstall, sincronise, code ... absurd.
