Transcripts is an application reserved for civil servants in the French government. It allows for the maintenance of a reliable record of discussions, streamlines the flow of information, and simplifies meeting follow-up.

Transcripts is developed and operated by the Interministerial Directorate for Digital Affairs (DINUM) and simplifies the capture and follow-up of meetings, both in-person and informal.

The application allows you to easily record a meeting from your phone and automatically generate a usable document.

Start a recording with a single tap. The application is designed for immediate use, without complex configuration, allowing you to remain fully focused on the discussions.

**Automatic Transcription**

At the end of the meeting, a document is generated with the complete, time-stamped transcript. This way, those who were absent have access to an accurate record of the discussions, and attendees can consult a clear and shareable document.

**Easy Access and Search**

Find all your recordings in a history and quickly access a specific passage thanks to the transcript.
