What is myparKeep?
myparKeep is a community service application for motorists/motorcyclists. More precisely, it is an intermediation service, whose role is to connect users of parking spaces, with the aim of facilitating their parking upon arrival at their destination, at a lower cost and in an environmentally responsible manner. Our main focus is on the roads of large cities, but the service can be extended to all locations where parking is difficult, and works for any type of vehicle. The main and fundamental objective is to save time. Thanks to our algorithm, we cross-reference the arrival and departure information of our users wherever they are, so that they can exchange at the right time. With our solution, we completely eliminate the time it takes to find a place,
which on average can last 30 minutes a day, allowing our users to emit less pollution into the air and avoid wasting energy.
Why do you think users will play the game?
We want to demonstrate that there is real value in making eco-responsible acts, beneficial for our planet and its inhabitants. Aware that a large majority of the population is more concerned about their purchasing
power than about the ecology, myparKeep wants to offer the right formula to answer these two themes. The objective is to reduce the time spent driving, to save money by not wasting energy unnecessarily, while trying
to make our users responsible and involved in the theme of ecology and the importance of reducing their carbon footprint. The application is made in this sense, and even allows to plant trees, following several interactions.
Do you think this is enough to make it work?
In order to motivate our users even more, myparKeep is working on setting up partnerships with different actors,
giving preferential rates to users "playing the game". At myparKeep we call these "Greens". It is a kind of virtual reward in the form of points, which will be monetized with our partners, for each eco-responsible act correctly carried out. It is also for us, a way of involving them also to contribute to the improvement of the air and the reduction of the GHG, thanks in particular to the many advantages that we will bring to them.
