Ever since I discovered headunit reloaded, which gave me back Android Auto on my phone, I thought about this exact model, open up a web socket to intercept the android auto stream, and offer it inside tesla. But now, I found this app, exactly what I was looking for. Turn on Hotspot automatically, on my samsung phone possible with "modes and routines", and you are done. For the developer...allow not only launch of the app from the outside, but also turn on. Intents?

The app mostly works as intended although I often have to manually start the app as well as manually turn on hotspot. These are supposed to start automatically when connecting to Tesla Bluetooth. Otherwise it works very well

I've just installed it on my Tesla, and it was pretty straightforward following the instructions in the app. make sure you have a good read and allow everything it needs to function. Once connected, it fired up waze just like Android Auto. I'm on the 7 day free trial so will update after that, but this is so far a game changer for those with a heavy foot, thankyou dev 👍👊
