App is average at best. It works ok. Extremely lacking in features compared to the likes of the Ulster Bank app. No way to set up notifications of money entering or leaving your account. Transferring money into your account from another bank takes an unacceptable amount of time. Could be so much better.

Was trying to log in all the time it said that may details are wrong which wasn't ,installed, uninstalled app several times, keeps asking for update and always comes up as a technical issue or URL is too long or something. Was calling to customer service. Didn't get much help, either. The old app was better. This one is rubbish. It's 2024, and the app still doesn't work properly. Most of the time, there are some technical difficulties, and I can't even log in to my account.

Horrible app, slow and laggy. Takes 3-5 days for them to send a code to my UK address. Do you really think people have all this time to wait? Need to access my funds now as I'm living abroad now half way across the world, and need the money for an emergency. Got 3 bank accounts in 3 different countries.. this is definately one of the worst apps I ever used. Unistalled. Absolutely useless.
