Its become unusable and frustrating. when the push notice comes through and you use your pin, most times the app will open and your push notice disappears... therefore you can't process the online payment. you have to hit cancel and restart the process.... time after time. this used to work great in the past but this issue began in the last 12 months.

The Team are available Monday to Friday from 8am-6pm and they will be happy to check this further for you. Selecting option 2. Please note: always ensure you have a very strong wifi connection, when using the AIB Authenticator App.

scrap it and start again. im close to moving my banking of the stress and cost this app is causing me. multiple times have I been booking flights etc and your app tailed to allow me to authorise the transactions, then forget to start over with airline etc and prices have risen. also lost out on ryder cut tickets as your app did the same. iv since signed up with pliant with a virtual card and no issues. revolute the same.

Awful. It does not work. Ring customer service. They cant help. Make an app that works properly before your release it and in doing so prevent your customers from using their cards. Ridiculous. It has wasted so much of my time and still I cant sort it out. Reply: I log in using all the correct info (after speaking to customer service numerous times) the screen flashes up and then I just get a screen pop up that says log in error with no error code and the only option is to log out.
