Awful. It does not work. Ring customer service. They cant help. Make an app that works properly before your release it and in doing so prevent your customers from using their cards. Ridiculous. It has wasted so much of my time and still I cant sort it out. Reply: I log in using all the correct info (after speaking to customer service numerous times) the screen flashes up and then I just get a screen pop up that says log in error with no error code and the only option is to log out.

This is spectacularly poor. It works about 1 time in 5, making it almost impossible to actually buy things online. Regardless of whether you're logged in it not, it will require a new login to authorise, then get confused and fall over. It has no biometric option; it frequently forgets your login info so your "secure" password will be lost immediately; and there's no online reset so when the thing fails for the 15th time, you need to sit on hold for 20 mins to fix it. Worse than useless.

Terrible terrible app, every single time I try to authenticate a payment it doesn't work. Every single transaction I try multiple times to confirm my purchase, and it's a lottery, sometimes it works, but usually it doesn't, and I have to use Revolut instead, or on one occasion, just to the location and pay in person.. I'm sick of it; it is not fit for purpose.
