3DS authentication often doesnt appear - 8 times out of 10 it doesnt appear leaving me in limbo trying to complete my online purchase. When it does appear, it doesnt always work either so I'm not sure if payment has been taken or not. Logging in is a continuous issue, security check complete, but its not, then it tells me to update app, which i do, but that doesnt fix the issue either. Very poor. Would score less than 1 if I could. No wonder customers in Ireland are jumping ship to Revolut!!

Every few weeks the app keeps deleting my Payees, so annoying!!! Also happens on my wife's Samsung phone, so not a particular device issue, this is an app issue!!! Regularly can't log into app, asks for fingerprint or pin then opens browser to do security check and freezes. Have to quit app and start over. Such a bad app for such an important task.

Have to delete and reinstall every couple of months in order to use the app, this prevents me from transferring money as well for at least 48 hours every time I have to re-download, it's a really frustrating cycle and has been ongoing for at least a year. Posted this on 21st Jan 2025, it has already happened again this year by the 10th of Feb 2025. This is ridiculous and makes me unable to use this bank, I might have to leave AIB if this doesn't get sorted. 21/01/25
