3DS authentication often doesnt appear - 8 times out of 10 it doesnt appear leaving me in limbo trying to complete my online purchase. When it does appear, it doesnt always work either so I'm not sure if payment has been taken or not. Logging in is a continuous issue, security check complete, but its not, then it tells me to update app, which i do, but that doesnt fix the issue either. Very poor. Would score less than 1 if I could. No wonder customers in Ireland are jumping ship to Revolut!!

Most mediocre bank and app I've ever used. It just takes forever to do the most menial tasks. Amongst the terrible features are: the app is hard to navigate - it has terrible sense of UI and required so many taps to do you what you need, it doesn't allow you to add contacts via the mobile app (despite the phone being a trusted device), and as of lately the app won't even open because it says it doesn't trust the next work I'm in (Currently using Vodafone data).

Everytime I try to log in it takes at least 5 or 6 attempts. Sometimes it takes more than 10. Once I get into the app it's quite useful but that's if I can even access it. I've uninstalled and redownloaded and still have the same issue. This has been a constant for at least a year. How it hasn't been fixed is ridiculous. If the log in issue was fixed I would give the app a much better review.
