Credit to the developer/s of this app, it's routinely updated and frequently adds useful features to the app. I really like the UI and how easy to navigate it is. One request, when using the app to pay/transfer to another Irish Account I wish I could save that person to a favorites list or something similar instead of having to reinsert their details each time.

Finger print log in wont work on my Note 8. Worked on my previous samsung phone fine. Have reinstalled the app a few times but still not working. Very annoying!
Why did you change this app. Old way was fine. Can't save payees. Can't transfare money from Credit card to accounts. Once off payment so much hassle. Need to remember lots of Ibans. The only reason I kept this account open was because of the usability of this app. Time to move on.
This app is so slow! All I ever see is the spinning purple circle as it thinks what to do. Not very user friendly in that regard. ****UPDATE**** I reinstalled the app as suggested, but still the same issue. Does the fact that I'm based in NZ make any difference? Shouldn't really.
Try to open the app to view my balance, and an error message comes on saying : your account is my be closed, for more information contact the customer service. Perfect app up 2 days a go.

We have added the ability for customers to order a replacement card for their damaged bank cards.
We have made some smaller bug fixes but nothing too fancy, just enough to keep the app ticking along.
