Not really thrilled with this service, but a second star for having support chat decently quickly. I went to rent a kayak (2/4 marked available), paid the annual subscription, and upon arrival 1 of the available has no paddle and the other available only has half a paddle. I called support that told me to chat, I requested opening one of the "maintenance" ones so I could swap the half paddle for a full one. No, support can't, even with photos. Now all 4 are locked and no ETA on the fix.

we had fun using the kayaks but you need to be very cautious with the app. It was not clear how to add the pass from the website to the app. it needs pics at the beginning and end of each rental but if you back out of the initial photo because it didn't unlock properly you can't add it after. then it did not save the photo at the end even though I was careful to do each step. They charge a fee for missing pictures but there was no way to tell they were missing! take backup photos!!

This was a great app until whatever update took away my annual pass that I purchased the end of last July. I have checked the app and it says memberships "coming soon" clearly that's a lie as I've been looking since our local rental place opened for the season a few weeks ago. Luckily, I had used it enough times last summer to get at least what I paid. Seems ridiculous that you offer an annual pass that actually only lasts a few months.
