GinxDroid Browser & Downloader has been updated the only thing that's missing is the download feature it's stopped working and doesn't have a feature or Android settings to set it up to download stuff.

I'm giving a 4 now, because the browser shows a great lot of promise and potential. Loads of functionality, which I love, and a great UI. But in reality it's unusable as primary browser at present, because of all the bugs. The developers are definitely on the right track with it, which is why I keep it installed. But you will have to do some serious bug hunting. Scrolling down a page, for example, isn't smooth. But when those bugs are out, this will be one of the best of 30+ browsers I tested.

Bro i tested it, but sorry to say every time while downloading a big file, when it's going to complete at about 97-99% it starts showing error, And 1 more thing that it doesn't support google drive files downloading. I completely tested it, and the conclusion is downloading speed is better but it needs some more work on it, and fixes on it.
