Ratings and reviews

Initially felt scammed. I joined for the welcome rewards but installed the wrong app due to my phone's locale. After registering, depositing, and buying shares, no rewards showed. Support said they expired and offered no help. Update: Thankfully, the team later reached out and made it right. Got my rewards and appreciate the effort. Please make it clear that the reward will only show up in the SG version of the app and disable registration in other version of the app to avoid future confusion

Three things I dislike about LB. 1. Never able to be connected to the customer service lines which were neither received nor connected. 2. No follow up for using the appt or desktop for new account holders. 3. After joining LB several months, I still can't make trades on its platform as I wished except to buy or sell shares.

It pops up an upgrade window all the time which reminds me there is an upgrade. However, after I click it and jump to the Google store, there is nothing I can do. There's obviously no update there.It's quite troublesome. If it's not ready for an update, please don't bother me too much.
