Just downloaded. Works great on galaxy tab S6. All the info is there, easily retrieved.

This is just for reference. There is no reason to download this app when you can get the same information online through the CDC website. Basically just takes up space on your phone. I thought I would be able to log in and keep my children's shot records up to date and documented with this app. So disappointed.
