Useless. I enter my login credentials without issue. I cannot get past the Privacy Policy screen. Click ACCEPT and you land on the same screen. After about 20 attempts, I uninstalled the app. I was hoping I'd have better luck on the app scheduling an interview for my wife. The website scheduler is equally useless. Don't waste your time writing to support. They don't answer questions, they just send you the same prewritten page over and over again. Your tax dollars at work...

Once I enter my credentials, I'm stuck on the screen to accept the terms and conditions. No matter how many times I hit "accept", I'm just instantly brought back to the terms and condition screen. Basically, this app is useless

Won't login. I keep getting the popup notification message that there is something for me after requesting multiple times for the video chat for the verified traveler. Once verified login through login.gov, nothing happens. The app is just frozen on the accept decline initial screen, and this happened on multiple devices the same way
