I installed the app twice but it just doesn't work. Doesn't load the full home page. If I click on any box or link it turns blank.

People in maimi need this. No problem, but can be updated every now and then, during hurricane season.

Installed and it says restart app and then close app...have not gotten the chance to even see what the app is all about
