still unable to attach a photo, I can get as far as getting to select, but it does nothing to actually attach the photo. yes I did check the size and even make it smaller.

Miami Dade 311 dropped the ball with this newer version. We can no longer report neighbor complaints for loud music, misconduct, drug use or otherwise on the site, and whatever else you report, they are no longer allowing the complainant to remain anonymous which is a safety risk.... I'm Uninstalling this app asap.

I am unable to upload an image or use the camera to take a picture from the pothole service request form in the app. The app doesn't even ask for permission to access the phone's camera or photo gallery; the permissions aren't even listed in the Android app permission settings.
