The app itself is very useful on ur HRA case. Has everything u need to look at just like the access nyc website. For some reason today, however the system on both the app n website are acting up. I'm assuming they're doing maintenance of some sort. But before today was fine.
This app is helpful. It helped me receive my benefits last year without having to go to a SNAP Center. I like that as I am disabled and it's difficult to go to benefit centers and wait for hours to be seen, sometimes with no results! I recommend this app to other applicants.
CSo far no problems @ all. Very helpful and accurate. Initial rating I gave 4 stars. System has crashed many times since. I've uninstalled & reinstalled..... didn't work! This is my reason for 1 ☆
The app is very useful. The only thing that I find annoying is that it never has the correct amount I have in my account. It always lists the amount that was there a week ago. If it wasn't for that I would have gave it 5 stars.
Your in the right direction. Certain things should be available so we don't have to run to center for every little thing such as: If we could leave our workers a message, our budget letter should be available so we can print ourselves, if we owe documents we should be able to scan & send it to the worker, live video chats so we don't miss appointments.. So far so good
If you guys allow live video chat conferences on a real-time waiting list for questions and keep them recorded/monitored and illegal to delete, with penalties to any misconduct from callers, then it would also allow both parties to comfortably make certain that the other person is legitimately performing the proper paperwork for the account. And it would be recorded as evidence if any fraud or unnecessary aggressiveness is involved on either side. It would be a win for equality of clients and employees.
