About this app

We now offer a free Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Mobile Wage Reporting Application to report monthly wages.

This application will allow an SSI recipient, a recipient’s representative payee, or an individual whose income helps an SSI recipient meet their basic needs (like a parent or a spouse) report their gross monthly wages to Social Security Administration from the convenience of their smartphone.

Consistent monthly wage reporting helps prevent improper payments, which may cause SSI overpayments and underpayments.

Like other users, the app stopped working. I've been using this app for a long time and this month it suddenly stopped working, gives an error "We could not find a match for the information you entered". I tried to uninstall and reinstall with no luck. Also, a tip on how to enter birth year should the app get fixed...click on the year and from there you can go back without having to scroll month by month. Took me awhile to figure that one out!

Does not work as intended. The process to even sign in shouldnt be a hassle, not to mention have it work. If I am to submit the information I shouldnt be getting issues where the only option is to contact local office and/or log out. As compared to the automated bot, I'd say its a bit on the same as wasting time to get something simple done, just for it to give up. At least please fix it. 7 month gap between last update is a bit on the yikes side

It wouldn't be such a bad experience if I didn't have to press the arrow going back through the years to 1984, 432 times. It's almost like you don't want us to report our income, given how tedious a process it is just to select our birth date. A drop down menu like literally every other app uses would make the process take 30-45 seconds to submit the data, not 5-10 minutes.
