App doesn't work. I need to update my drivers license address. However, when attempting to create account or anything, an error pops up that there is a problem. Their website does the exact same thing. Both myself and my wife have attempted online and through the app, neither of us can get it to work. So now I have to waste several hours of my day with an in person appointment that I cannot book FOR A MONTH. Very disappointed.

This might be the worst designed app I have ever used! It sends you back to the beginning a lot. Erases progress on forms. Won't update your card info at payment page, you have to go back into the account setting to update, which forces you to start over. Update: now it fi ally lets me log in years later, but it wont let me renew my registration dlfor my vehicle. this app is TERRIBLE! I have the latest versions of both the app and Andriod OS I stalled and it still gives me issues every time.

It's nice to renew my vehicle registration when the app works. However, you have to wait 24 hours to restart your registration renewal if you didn't complete it in one go, even if the app crashes on you while you're filling out the renewal. I've had it crash on me twice in a row now, locking me out of the process for 48hours so far and making me overdue on my registration. Please remove the idiotic 24 hour pause, or at least reduce it to an hour
