This app is bad. When you attempt to renew your registration, you have to add the same information several times. I added my payment and billing information and it sent me back to the main page. Then told me I can't continue the registration process for 24 hours. So now, I have to wait 24 hours just to see if any of my information saved, It'll likely kick me out during the next step. They need to hire someone competent to rebuild this garbage app from the ground, up.

This might be the worst designed app I have ever used! It sends you back to the beginning a lot. Erases progress on forms. Won't update your card info at payment page, you have to go back into the account setting to update, which forces you to start over. Update: now the app crashes everytime I log in. I've updated, un-installed and re-installed... still crashes. I have the latest versions of both the app and Andriod OS I stalled and it still gives me issues every time

It's nice to renew my vehicle registration when the app works. However, you have to wait 24 hours to restart your registration renewal if you didn't complete it in one go, even if the app crashes on you while you're filling out the renewal. I've had it crash on me twice in a row now, locking me out of the process for 48hours so far and making me overdue on my registration. Please remove the idiotic 24 hour pause, or at least reduce it to an hour
