- Chose to pay your ride either in cash or by credit card. It’s safe and easy.
- Check the driver’s location on his way to you, in real time.

Ratings and reviews

App is a bit buggy. The selection of your location is not convenient. Sometimes address autocomplete is wrong and the way to use map scrolling to get your location is also not very good. Even more, the taxi location is reported with quite a big delay. The taxi arrives but the app still shows it as coming from 10 blocks away or more. In general it does what it is supposed to do (call a taxi), but it could do it a little bit better!

It was quite easy to find a ride and the app was easy to use offering an easy way to save a favorite was a plus. The problems outweigh the benefits though. The drivers complained that the addresses are not shown properly to them (only the area code is displayed), something I saw and had to re-add the addresses in case I was doing something wrong. Paying is not automatic, a notification is shown where you need to choose a way to pay, which is unnecessary and does not work since before choosing the form refreshes and you lose your choice. I had to cancel and pay with cash. Even if a card is verified, and you manage to choose it as a payment it does not go through.. This app does not do much more than hail a cab to your location, something I can do just by raising my arm to plethora of cabs in the vicinity!

Do not download this app. Do not use the company, like, ever. Appointments are a joke, they don't inform you about anything. They call for a TAXI 10-15min before the appointment time, and either they find a ride or not you'll never hear a thing from them. You'll just be left waiting for your taxi. You end up missing your flight or meeting just because they are incompetent at arranging simple stuff. Also, they promise payment by card, but all of a sudden no driver has a POS to charge you. FAIL
